Artist EPK Onboarding Asset Checklist
This checklist is intentionally extensive. You are NOT expected to have everything. Send us what you DO have — the rest becomes our roadmap.
How to Use This Checklist
- Check off what you can provide now.
- If you don’t have an item, don’t worry, we can help you create it!
- Provide links (not screenshots) and upload or email original files whenever possible.
- Please – do not send photos, videos, or audio by text message/sms. Whenever possible, send them through a shared Dropbox or Google Drive Folder or email them from a PC as an attachment.
- Although videos created on a cell phone are high quality these days, please ensure that you provide performance videos in a “Landscape” format as well. Unless otherwise requested for Reel formatted promotions.
File & Quality Standards (Please Follow)
- Photos: high-resolution originals (recommended 3000px+ long edge). No screenshots.
- Audio: WAV preferred; MP3 must be 320kbps. One file per song version (radio edit/explicit).
- Video: send links (YouTube/Facebook/Drive) + originals if you have them.
- Artwork: square JPG/PNG, minimum 3000×3000.
- Logos: transparent PNG + SVG if available.
- Writeups: plain text or Google Doc text (avoid images of text).
Remember: This list is purposely overwhelming, and you are by no means expected to have everything that we are requesting in this checklist. However, we want you to be reminded of some of the areas that you actually may in deed have available, but may not think we are going to need. If there are higher priority items on this list that you don’t have yet, again, we can help you create them. That’s what we’re here to help with in the first place!
